To reserve your appointment time, a payment authorization is placed on your card at booking. Your appointment will remain in “Pending” status until our team reviews and confirms it. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation.
If you need to cancel, please do so as early as possible. Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance for Tuesday–Friday visits, or at least 72 hours in advance for Monday visits, will not incur any cancellation fees. If a cancellation occurs after these windows—or if you do not attend your appointment—a $75 late-cancellation/no-show fee may be charged.
