All appointments are first listed as Pending until our team reviews and confirms them. Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Payment is required at the time of booking. If you need to cancel, you’ll receive a full refund when the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance for Tuesday–Friday appointments, or 72 hours in advance for Monday appointments. Cancellations made after these time frames will incur a $50 fee.

BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT

To reserve your appointment time, a payment authorization is placed on your card at booking. Your appointment will remain in “Pending” status until our team reviews and confirms it. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation.
If you need to cancel, please do so as early as possible. Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance for Tuesday–Friday visits, or at least 72 hours in advance for Monday visits, will not incur any cancellation fees. If a cancellation occurs after these windows—or if you do not attend your appointment—a $75 late-cancellation/no-show fee may be charged.
No medical information is shared with your payment provider, and all payment information is handled in a secure, HIPAA-compliant manner.
