If you book through our website, your card is not charged at the time of booking. An authorization hold is placed and is captured only after services are provided.
If you cancel within the allowed cancellation window:
Patients who pay using a direct Authorize.net payment link will be charged immediately.
If you cancel after payment has been processed, a $75 cancellation fee will apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days, although your card issuer may take additional time to release funds.
